For many years, I worked with a Team to fundraise for this amazing organization! This year, I'm participating as an individual but I encourage you to join me at this SUPER FUN, dog crazy, family friendly event or donate to the cause.
Southeastern Guide Dogs breeds, raises, and trains some of the finest guide dogs and service dogs in the world? And they are based right here in Florida on the west Coast! The puppies are adorable, but to witness these amazing dogs in training is nothing short of miraculous. Thanks to the intelligence and fine training of these dogs, people with vision loss and veterans with disabilities find the freedom, confidence, and independence they need. SGD relies 100% on private donations, receives no government funding, and doesn't charge students and veterans for their services, I decided to participate in their biggest fundraiser of the year, the Walkathon. Won't you join me in supporting Southeastern Guide Dogs in its mission to raise and train these puppies and provide such a priceless service?
Thanks in advance you for your help!
P.S. Help break a World Record! At this year's Walkathon, Southeastern Guide Dogs will attempt to break an existing World Records title for the largest gathering of dogs wearing bandanas at a single event. We need you! All you have to do is show up with your dog(s), and they will supply the bandanas. Bring your friends and their dogs and help us break a world record!
